i made accidentally made a mistake while ordering, spoke to customer service and they helped me immediately.

I am not unusual, i hope, but I require shoes that are wider than normal and I find that SHUPERB are one of the very few retail establishments that supply the correct size virtually by return.

Really comfortable slippers and good value too!

My son is now in Year 10 and he has had a pair of these shoes every year since starting high school. They are not the cheapest but for quality and value for money it is worth paying. They are hard wearing, he say's comfortable and they look good. He is on his 4th pair so must be OK!!!

Too narrow for me.

As I can only use one hand being able to flip over the velcro fastenings they don't bother me at all any more so thank you to who ever decded to velcro was a blooming genious nice one mate

Really good fit, comfortable to wear daily without aching feet. They look good for any casual occasion. Will by another pair when available!

Comfortable, warm, good quality materials and workmanship with a fairly substantial sole. Properly sized too and a good fit. I would recommend.

The 'leather' uppers were scrunched around the edges and the velcro straps are so big and bulky, they look like orthopaedic shoes. I cannot wear them as they look so ghastly. Money down the drain.
